Had the error: “Invalid Verification File” when attempting to perform an upgrade to a Kemp Load Master, the Kemp has two files for upgrade the actual upgrade patch file and a manifest file needed for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’ve downloaded the file but whatever you do you still get this error when attempting to upgrade perform these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Ensure that the firmware file was unzipped before trying to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set System Configuration > Miscellaneous Options > WUI Settings > Update Verification Options set to “No Verification File” or “Optional.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
